So, if you’ve had some issues connecting your Buffer account to Facebook so that you can enable Direct Scheduling, this post might help you.
If you’ve already gone through the support steps listed on Buffer’s help pages with no resolution, this is likely to help you.
Buffer lists their troubleshooting steps HERE, then further steps HERE and HERE.
I definitely recommend you working your way through their checklist first. If you have, and still need help, heading over to the Facebook Business Integrations page might lead you to a solution.
From Facebook:
Business integrations are apps and services that you’ve used Facebook to log into. They can receive information you chose to share with them and manage features for your Facebook business assets.
On this page you should see Buffer. If you do, click the Edit link.
After clicking View and Edit, a light box should appear that allows you to ADD or REMOVE pages that connect Buffer to Facebook.
In my case the page that I manage was NOT checked. After checking the box and saving, I went back to Buffer and attempted to reconnect. After logging in I received a SUCCESS! message and all is good in the world again.
I hope this helps!
