What type of social media management services do you provide?

We offer 3 core social media packages, but can also create a custom social media management package that meets your specific needs. With our 3 core social media packages, you can expect social media account branding, account setup & optimization, posts to specific social media accounts, customized content, audience building & channel growth, and more! Depending on the social media management package that you choose, you will receive varying posting frequency, as well as quantity of posting.

Who will be managing my social media accounts?

All of our social media management takes place in-house. We never outsource any social media management, content creation, or posting. In some cases some of our social media management team work from home here in South Florida, and they’ll post remotely from their home office, but our entire social media management team is located in sunny South Florida.

How much does your social media management service cost?

You can view all of our social media packages below, but on average you can expect to spend anywhere from $300 per month to $900 per month depending on your business niche, competitiveness of your industry, as well as quantity & frequency of social media postings.

Do you offer social media management service & package discounts?

Yes, we’re happy to offer social media management service & package discounts. For any of our social media packages, you can choose to pre-pay for ongoing service for discounts of up to 10% off our retail rates. For even deeper discounts, you can choose auto-pay for billing for an additional 3% in savings. All-in, you can save up to 13% off of our retail rates when you take advantage of these social media discounts.

Can I provide content and/or content direction for posting?

Yes, of course! We would appreciate any and all direction you have relative to your industry. With all of our social media management packages, our team will provide hours of monthly research of topics for content creation. However, you can help speed up the process by feeding our team timely insights on your business and industry. No one knows your business better than you. We’re now an extension of your business, so we plan to work together to achieve your goals!

After payment, how long before I'm up & running?

After we square away our simple social media management agreement and initial monthly payment, you can expect to be up and running within 7-10 business days. Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Will I still have access to post to my accounts while you manage the social media campaign?

Yes! You will never lose access to your social media accounts. In most cases, we simply request Editor or Manager access, never Admin access. You will retain the highest level of account access so that you can easily manage users moving forward. In fact, if you choose to post to your accounts in parallel to our team you are more than welcome to!

How will you know what content to create & post to my accounts?

That’s a great question. After you sign up for one of our social media management packages, you’ll be requested to fill out a quick intake questionnaire. The questionnaire will go through a serious of questions so that our team can get a good idea of the “who, what, how, when, and why” about your business. This form does not complete the communication between out teams, though. We’ll be in touch to clarify some points, as well as bounce suggestions and ideas off of you.
